The INTERREG Caribbean "MAGHIC" project aims to study and implement a new green hydrogen energy chain coupled with a port infrastructure for unloading, storage and distribution in the Caribbean. This project initiates an industrial and commercially sustainable sector. Thus, in the short term, public support is crucial to demonstrate the technical, economic and regulatory viability of the project and to support the development of new uses. By 2030, the sector will have structured itself to ensure its sustainability. The challenge will then be to accelerate the deployment of these solutions via the appropriate public and private investments.
