Develop your public speaking abilities:
- Master public speaking techniques for body language and voice
- Project your voice, control your breath, and improve your volume using diaphragmatic breathing
- Become aware of the impact of body language in a speech
- Target keywords, practice the pyramid technique to clarify your message
- Animate a speech using varied intonation, volume, and rhythm
- Structure your speech using media training techniques, and effective introductions and conclusions.
Adopt an effective posture in interactions:
- Become aware of your strengths and develop charisma in oral communication
- Overcome stage fright to utilize all your abilities using Neuro-Linguistic Programming techniques
- Cultivate a leadership posture to persuade and gain buy-in
- Assert yourself in prepared or improvised interventions
- Manage your speaking time and target the SMART objective of the oral intervention.

This training is intended for company stakeholders in positions of responsibility, as well as employees tasked with leading meetings, presenting projects, communicating with colleagues, or managing clients.

Day schedule
Introduction and round table – (9:30 – 9:45 a.m.)
Module 1: Using communication techniques – (9:45 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.)
Acquiring and practicing communication techniques and best practices in public speaking.
Lunch break: 1:00 – 2:00 p.m.
Module 2: Developing public speaking skills – (2:00 – 5:00 p.m.)
Practicing public speaking to develop presence and charisma in the context of speaking in public.
Conclusion and round table – (5:00 – 5:30 p.m.)
Educational resources
- Theory and brainstorming on the three communication axes and stage fright management methods.
- Collective and individual application exercises.
- Theatrical and oratorical techniques put into practice through exercises.
- Lunch – shared meeting with the instructor
- Q session directly during the training
Evaluation methods
- To understand the expectations and knowledge of participants, a pre-training questionnaire must be completed and submitted to Smart Power at least 7 days before the training.
- To assess the relevance of the training in relation to participants’ expectations, and as part of a continuous improvement approach, an evaluation and satisfaction questionnaire must be completed and submitted to Smart Power at the end of the training.

Olga BARGAN
Public speaking expert
A corporate trainer and coach specializing in public speaking, she combines both artistic and educational expertise. A graduate of the Cours Florent, she developed her experience in immersive theatre, working with productions linked to TF1 and Netflix.
Today, she supports executives and teams in developing their confidence in public speaking through individual coaching and group training, drawing on techniques from theatre, stage direction, and performance expression.
