The project aims to design a multifuel range extender for the electric propulsion of pleasure boats. The unit is composed of a 20 kWe electric generator that powers a battery, itself connected to the propulsion engine. The electric generator is the result of R&D work carried out jointly with the company MITIS: it is a microturbine operating with a gasoline/hydrogen or diesel/hydrogen mix. The aim is to anticipate and support the H2 sector in the NA region.
